We put great store in good customer service and select our dealers based on it! Should you have a problem with your e-scooter, first contact the dealer from whom you purchased it. As a rule, our dealers are specialists who can easily service or repair your scooter. Of course we have our own workshop service – if there’s anything we can do for you, we are happy to help.
Along with our technicians, we’ll check whether the problem is covered by warranty or whether fees for repair services will have to be charged. In individual cases, we will also send spare parts that customers can install on their own (e.g. spare tyres).
